Design in Rhinoceros 3D

Each object is designed using CAD software - Rhinoceros 3D - capable of developing a mathematical representation of a three-dimensional object.

With this tool we are able to create unimaginable shapes with great precision and detail.  

Prototype realisation

The prototype of a product allows us to experiment with it, test it in real situations and explore its use and is crucial in the early stages of project development, particularly during conceptual design.

In the prototyping phase we realise:

- stereolithography (a technique for producing individual three-dimensional objects from digital data processed by CAD/CAM software using special photosensitive resins solidified by a UV source)
- 3D printing
- micro-castings (a technique that makes it possible to obtain high-precision mechanical items in just a few steps, which do not require further machining) 

Production

In order to manufacture our products, we are able to perform various processes.

Metal blanking and drawing

Using presses and stamping machines, we manufacture various products in series by processing metal strips with thicknesses ranging from 0.2 mm to 3 mm.

We also have a hydraulic press for processing metal pipes.

Plastic moulding

We design and manufacture moulds for the hot injection of plastics; we carry out moulding of different polymer categories, e.g. nylon, nylon with glass fibre, ABS, polyethylene, PVC.

We follow the entire moulding process from polymer drying to mould conditioning/humidification; we also have a humidification chamber.

Wire bending

Using automatic presses and drawing on the support of external partners for more specific work, we produce various products by shaping wire diameters ranging from 0.3 mm to 10 mm.

Light alloy moulding

We have several dedicated hot injection moulding machines for light alloys (zamak). Depending on the size of the object and the most suitable material, we are able to realise productions covering a wide range of applications.

Complete handcrafted umbrella

. realise special umbrellas at the customer's request We allow you to choose the handle, the size, the number of battens, the ferrule, the rod, and even the type of fabric!

We can create together the perfect umbrella for a special person pandering to his taste, not settling for one like many on the market. 

Customising umbrellas 

Thanks to our collaboration with experts in the field, we are able to provide thelaser engraving on metal plates or directly on wood to allow a even more specific and unique customisation of the umbrella.

We perform customising the umbrella for both small series and one-offs.
