{"id":602,"date":"2022-05-23T12:17:36","date_gmt":"2022-05-23T10:17:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/appianiagostino.it\/?p=602"},"modified":"2022-05-27T12:18:13","modified_gmt":"2022-05-27T10:18:13","slug":"case-study-conveyor-a-curtain-for-machine-moulding-plastic","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/appianiagostino.it\/en\/2022\/05\/23\/case-study-conveyor-a-curtain-for-machine-moulding-plastic\/","title":{"rendered":"Case Study: Curtain conveyor for plastic moulding machines"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This project was developed with a prestigious Italian company that supplies tools for plastics processing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These are <strong>workpiece conveyor curtains for plastic moulding machines <\/strong>and is specifically designed for :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>For printers <strong>small and very small plastic artefacts<\/strong><\/li><li>.<strong>&nbsp;avoid <\/strong>rejects and outliers due to the<strong> contact of parts with dirty surfaces<\/strong><\/li><li>To keep the&nbsp;<strong>clean moulding department by limiting subsequent cleaning operations<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Often in fact, in the&nbsp;<strong>extraction<\/strong>&nbsp;of artefacts, one encounters the problem of&nbsp;<strong>contain<\/strong>&nbsp;the pieces within the collection area due to the&nbsp;<strong>fast extraction cycles<\/strong> blowing up the pieces everywhere. The result in terms of&nbsp;<strong>efficiency<\/strong>&nbsp;and productivity is disastrous, especially in fields where the<strong>\u00a0absolute cleanliness<\/strong>&nbsp;of manufactured goods such as food and medical.<br>.&nbsp;<strong>Roll-up curtain conveyors<\/strong>&nbsp;are available in <strong>different sizes,<\/strong> with fixing tape and aluminium bar painted in black and are useful <strong>to prevent pieces from coming out sideways\u00a0<\/strong>and getting oil on the columns and settling on dirty surfaces or on the ground.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Thanks to the webbing magnets, they are easy to apply <\/strong>to the machine and, if intervention is required inside the mould, simply detach the curtain from one side of the mould and fix it again after the intervention is complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Questo progetto \u00e8 stato sviluppato con una prestigiosa azienda italiana che fornisce strumenti per la lavorazione delle materie plastiche.
